My boyfriend took me here for our anniversary and it was really a great experience. I never thought this place was kind of fancy. I thought because it had "grill" in the name that it was some sort of sports bar or something. Well, it's not like that at all! It's really neat how each table has a curtain for extra privacy. We got seated at a round table in the corner and I think that was one of the best tables. Secluded and we only had people on two sides of us. For their special they had wagyu steak and of course that's what I got. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium center. We read on Yelp that they are famous for their mushroom soup. I thought, " how good could that soup be?" But decided to try it because I love mushrooms. That soup is the best mushroom soup I've ever had. It was creamy and had so much flavor. There were a couple big chunks of mushrooms in the bowl. I would get that again! The sides I chose for my main dish were the mashed potatoes and fried green beans. Both were great. The green beans tasted fresh and had a nice crunchy coating on them and came with a dipping sauce. You can tell everything is freshly made. The potatoes were creamy yet there were some chunks of potatoes in there. We got a small dessert cup for our anniversary that contained fruit and whipped cream. That was refreshing, but of course we had to get a caramel cheesecake. That was the best I've had. You could tell they made the it all homemade. The caramel tasted rich and it wasn't the caramel you get from a jar at the store. I'd recommend everything I ate! I don't eat fish or seafood, so I can't say what those dishes taste like. My boyfriend got a pasta dish and it was amazing too. You can't go wrong coming here.

Came to Paseo Grill based on a recommendation from a co worked for a large group dinner. Needed to please 18 people. The eclectic menu had something for everyone and the service was on point. Paseo is a hidden OKC gem

Paseo District is such a gem of an area in OKC. I highly suggest you visit if you're in town! With that said, I was able to visit this cool restaurant, Paseo Grill. When you walk in, you notice each seating area has a "privacy" curtain, which I appreciated. Having a reservation, my party was seated immediately. I don't think it's a requirement but useful to have. The waitress was very helpful with meal and wine suggestions. For my meal, I chose the Chicken Saltimbocca. The chicken was lightly breaded topped with provolone cheese and came with mashed potatoes and sweet carrots. This meal was delicious until the last bite! I highly recommend this place for an afternoon bite or even a date night! #supportlocal Bianca

My BIL was up from Austin for a weekend visit, and we decided to take him to Paseo Grill (PG) for dinner Saturday night. It was a great evening and dinner. PG has been in the Paseo district for at least a couple of decades. The venue is inviting, warm, and intimate. The booths with the sheer curtains make it a special date night location. For starters, we each had a cup of soup. I ordered the mushroom soup, and if you love mushrooms and cream based soups, you're going to be ecstatic over this creation. It was wonderful. Jan and Steve ordered gestapo. Cold soup is not for me, but they thoroughly enjoyed it. We also ordered shrimp cocktail and fried calamari. Both were very good. The shrimp was large and nicely presented. The calamari had a lovely presentation and was nicely garnished. The sauce served with it was tangy, and complimentary. Our mains were the petite lobster and grilled scallops, both excellent choices. Both are very good and just the right size. After dinner, we enjoyed PG's complimentary fruit topped with whipped cream served in a small (3 oz) glass. It was delightful.
